Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If your package/item arrives damaged, please contact me for a replacement.
If you think your order has been lost, please check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please double check that your address has been entered correctly as I can’t refund items sent to the wrong address.
Digital Items
All digital orders are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Digital products will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Nothing physical will be shipped. Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Shipping Information
Orders are generally processed within 3 days unless otherwise specified. Customized orders will take longer.
All physical products will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
